The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious, providing plenty of comfort for our large family. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient, just a short 10-minute walk from the center of town. We also appreciated the abundance of free parking space available. it was a wonderful experience for our family.

For dads, it would be great to have a small outdoor play area for children.

the cabañas at bosque sur were absolutely beautiful! with stunning views of the volcaco osorno, the fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, and comfortable bed made our stay perfect. the staff was friendly and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. it felt like our own little paradise in puerto varas.

During my recent stay in Puerto Varas, I chose to stay at Cabañas Bosque Sur. Even though I was there only for transit during my travel, I found two features of this hotel quite convenient. the nearest airport is only 16 km away, making it easily accessible for travelers like me. the hotel is located just 100 meters from the bus station, which was extremely helpful for me to catch my next transportation.

While my overall experience at Cabañas Bosque Sur was pleasant, there was one minor inconvenience. During colder nights, I had to personally maintain the fire in the fireplace throughout the night.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect with easy access to the Bus-Sur terminal and nearby shops. The whole unit that we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a controllable heater to keep us warm during the winter. Our children loved the view of Osorno volcano from our windows, making it a truly memorable experience for the whole family.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if there were more comfortable dining chairs in the kitchen dining room. For families with children, we would suggest providing some child-friendly seating options to accommodate everyone's comfort.
